This is the genuine MLSK5-D(LSF) switch, a 2 button 5 pin switch for power recliner and lift chairs.

 

Compatibility

• Direct replacement for the MLSK5-D(LSF) switch.
• Compatible with the MLSK5-D(RSF), but the function of the buttons is reversed with the MLSK5-D(RSF).
• Replaces the SMT S21501L and S21501R switches
• Replace other 2 button switches with the same size and plug configuration, but the function of the buttons might be revised.
